Conference Registration

 

PRE-REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED

On site registrations will be accepted at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from 8.00am on Monday 26th November.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Welcome to the Registration area. We ask that you read this preamble carefully so that you will be well briefed by the time you start your conference registration. The registration document has various sections that you will need to complete in order for your attendance at ESA 2007 to be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:   A registration may be cancelled without penalty until midnight (AEDST) of the 31st of October. Cancellations from 1st November until midnight (AEDST) of the 10th November will attract an administration fee of $75.00 + GST. There will be no refund of registration fees for any cancellation received from the 11th of November 2007. At any time we will accept replacement delegates.

DELEGATE INFORMATION – PAGE 1

 

1)           We ask you to provide us with information relating to your current circumstances. This information will be provided to the conference organising committee, venue staff and perhaps other suppliers, any sponsor or exhibitor taking part in the event, and will show on a list of attendees which will be included in the conference satchel. If you do not wish for your name to be distributed you should not tick the check box at the bottom of the page.

 

2)           If you have submitted an Abstract or two for consideration by the Program Committee please advise us of the number/s allocated by Oxford Abstracts.

 

3)           Conference T Shirts are available for pre-order during the registration process. If you wish to order and to ensure that you receive the appropriate sized item we require you to advise us of your chest size in cms. Click here to view the items on sale.

 

4)           We would like you to indicate to us that you are the convenor of a programmed Symposium.

 

5)           We would like you to indicate to us that you are a member of the ESA Executive Council.

 

6)           For those volunteers who worked very hard in Brisbane in 2005 you might like to take advantage of the complimentary registration available to you this year. You will receive complimentary attendance at the conference proper but will need to register and pay for any social events, field trips, post graduate day and conference T shirts.

 

7)           Field Trips – One pre-conference and one post-conference field trip have been offered. In addition to these two options a series of special interest field trips are available on Wednesday 28th November. Read more about what is on offer here. If you decide not to take part in any of these field trips please advise us of your intention not to do so by ticking the check box at the bottom of Page 1 of the registration form.

 

8)           Members of the Local Organising Committee are asked to tick the check box.

 

9)            Carbon Offset - The Organising Committee determined that ESA 2007 would be as ‘green’ as possible and are taking steps to offset carbon emissions by offering delegates an opportunity to purchase. Read more about it here. The prices quoted are return. If you plan to make your contribution with your airline, are local to Perth or choose not to contribute at all please tick the check box at the bottom of Page 1 of the registration form.

REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE, SOCIAL EVENTS AND ACCOMMODATION – PAGE 2

 

1)           Registration Type - for attendance at the entire conference please select the registration type that applies to you. For information of inclusions for full registration please check here.

 

2)           Day Registrations - if you are unale to attend the full conference Day Registrations are available. Please select the type of registration and your preferred day of attendance. For day registration inclusions please check here.

 

3)           Optional Extras - if you wish to attend one of the field trips, purchase a T Shirt, attend the Conference Dinner or register your accompanying person to attend the Welcoming Mixer or the Poster Mixer please register here. Details of the social events available can be viewed here.

 

4)           Hotel Booking Information – for all accommodation options check here. The arrival and departure dates should only be completed if you are booking accommodation.

 

5)           Method of payment – there are two options available. You may pay on line by Visa or Mastercard through Secure E-Commerce at the time of registering. You may select registration without payment and have a Tax Invoice sent to you that can be paid by Cheque, American Express or Diners Club International.
