Welcome to the Registration area. Please read this preamble carefully before starting your conference registration. The registration document has various sections that you need to complete in order for your attendance at ESA 2008 to be processed.

The information we request about YOU ("Delegate Information")
1) We ask you to provide us with information relating to your current circumstances. This information will be provided to the conference organising committee, venue staff and perhaps other suppliers, any sponsor or exhibitor taking part in the event, and will show on a list of attendees which will be included in the conference satchel. If you do not wish for your name to be distributed you should not tick the check box at the bottom of the page.
2) If you have submitted an Abstract or two for consideration by the Program Committee please advise us of the number/s allocated by the Local Organising Committee.
3) The deadline to pre-order conference T Shirts has now passed. Some T shirts will be on saled during the conference.
4) Please indicate if you are the convenor of a programmed Symposium.
5) Please indicate if you are a member of the ESA Executive Council.
6) For those volunteers who worked very hard in Perth in 2007 you might like to take advantage of the complimentary registration available to you this year. You will receive complimentary attendance at the conference proper but will need to register and pay for any social events, field trips, post graduate day and conference T shirts.
7) Field-trips – Various special interest field-trips and workshops are available on Wednesday 3rd December, and a two-day field trip on the weekend immediately following the conference. If you decide not to take part in any of these field trips please advise us of your intention not to do so by ticking the check box at the bottom of Page 1 of the registration form.
8) Members of the Local Organising Committee are asked to tick the check box.

The information we request about your REGISTRATION TYPE, EXTRAS AND ACCOMMODATION requirements
1) Registration Type - for attendance at the entire conference please select the registration type that applies to you.
Note: 'Member - Concession' applies if you are an ESA Member and a full time student/retired/income less than $25 000. If you are a non-member, but are a full time student/retired/income less than $25 000, we encourage you to join the ESA at the concession price and then register under this category.

2) Day Registrations - if you are unable to attend the full conference Day Registrations are available. Please select the registration type and your preferred day of attendance. For day registration inclusions please check here.
3) Optional Extras - if you wish to attend one of the field trips, purchase a T Shirt, attend the Conference Dinner or register your accompanying person to attend the Welcoming Mixer or the Poster Mixer please note this in the Optional Extras section. A summary of the dates and costs of the optional extras can be viewed here.
4) Hotel Booking Information – all accommodation secured for ESA 2008 has now been sold.
Please make your own arrangements if you do not have a confirmed reservation.
5) Method of payment – there are two options available. You may pay on line by Visa or Mastercard through Secure E-Commerce at the time of registering. You may select registration without payment and have a Tax Invoice sent to you that can be paid by Cheque, American Express or Diners Club International.
