Who can apply?
Any student or qualified professional working in Ecology or a
related field. Low income earners are encouraged to apply for
membership, and companies or organisations with an interest in
supporting ecological research can also apply as Sustaining Associates.
All new memberships must be supported by a Proposer and Seconder
who are current members. If applying online, we will contact
you after your application has been lodged to fulfill this condition.

Membership is for the calendar year. Payments can be made up
to 3 years in advance. A late fee of $11 is automatically incurred
by existing members if fees are paid after the due date of 1st
January.
Remember, membership fees can be claimed against your
tax return!
How do I join?
To become a member of the Ecological Society of Australia, apply
online, or print out a membership
form and send it to us.
NB: Membership cannot be confirmed until your payment is received
by the ESA.
