Student Travel Grants
The ESA is helping student members get to ESAus19 in Launceston this November by providing student travel grants.
Applicants must be a member of the ESA, be the presenting author of a talk or poster, and not have previously won a travel grant from the Society. Visit the ESA website for the full eligibility criteria.
Although only those presenting at ESAus19 will receive grants you don’t need to wait until you know if you’re speaking to apply, so apply early!
Funding will be awarded to all eligible applicants and in the order applications were received until the funding cap is reached.
Childcare Travel Grants
Childcare Travel Grants are available again this year to assist ESAus19 delegates with young children to bring a support carer with them to help with care over the conference period.
We hope this will allow delegates with young children more freedom to participate in the conference program and activities, and provide the opportunity to have a trusted carer of your choice looking after your family.
Funding of $250 is available as a contribution to the travel costs of your chosen carer e.g. partner, grand-parent, family member or friend.
Applications are now open and close when the funding allocation is exhausted.
