The ESA Bulletin Working Group is currently recruiting people to help in producing the Bulletin – the ESA’s online magazine. We are currently looking for a new editor and two content sourcers. The new editor will be responsible for leading the Bulletin working group, developing the themes for the magazine (published four times a year) and the content layout for the magazine. This position will initially involve shadowing the current editor for approximately 6 months to gain experience before taking over the editorial role.
The content sourcers will assist the editor in searching, contacting and liaising with contributing authors of each Bulletin issue. These are volunteer positions consisting of approximately 1 day of work per month for the content sourcers and 2 days per month for the editor. These positions would suit someone with an interest in science communication and publishing. If interested, please contact the Marie Dade (Bulletin editor) at email@example.com stating which position you are interested in (editor or content sourcer) and a brief description of why you are interested in this position.
